Sylvan's Customer Service philosophy closely matches our company charter and mission statement, in that we are a "solutions based" business, not just a product supplier. This means that on every shipment, a Sylvan Specialist works with the customer to select the optimum product design in terms of performance, price, quantity, or size requirements. To optimize freight rates and loading configurations, we also provide mixed shipments of other construction supplies and lumber out of the reload. In addition, Sylvan keeps a library of industry recommendations for installing and maintaining most product lines. To provide flexible shipping options, we have negotiated national and international freight contracts offering the industry's most competitive prices or delivery schedules. Even after delivery, should a problem or product claim arise, we believe that our job is not complete until we come up with a satisfactory solution.
